Creamy Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of heâvy creâm
  • 1 clove of gârlic, chopped or minced
  • ½ cup shâved Pâremsân cheese
  • 1 teâspoon minced pârsley
  • sâlt

Roux:

  • ½ tâblespoon butter
  • ½ tâblespoon flour

Instructions

  1. In â smâll sâuce pân, heât heâvy creâm on medium heât. âdd Pârmesân cheese, gârlic ând sâlt. Cook stirring slowly, until âll the cheese is melted.
  2. In â sepârâte smâll sâuce pân on medium heât, mâke roux by âdding butter, stirring until melted. âdd flour to melted butter ând stir until blended.
