Creamy Parmesan Sauce
Ingredients- 1 cup of heâvy creâm
- 1 clove of gârlic, chopped or minced
- ½ cup shâved Pâremsân cheese
- 1 teâspoon minced pârsley
- sâlt
Roux:
- ½ tâblespoon butter
- ½ tâblespoon flour
Instructions
- In â smâll sâuce pân, heât heâvy creâm on medium heât. âdd Pârmesân cheese, gârlic ând sâlt. Cook stirring slowly, until âll the cheese is melted.
- In â sepârâte smâll sâuce pân on medium heât, mâke roux by âdding butter, stirring until melted. âdd flour to melted butter ând stir until blended.
