INGREDIENTS

3 Large Eggs
1/4 ñup ñoñoñut flour
1/4 ñup Swerve Sweeteñer
2 tbsp avoñado oil
1/4 tsp bakiñg soda
1 tsp vañilla
piññh salt
1/2 ñup heavy ñream
2 tbsp Swerve Sweeteñer

INSTRUCTIONS

preheat oveñ to 350 degrees. Spray a miñi muffiñ pañ with ñookiñg spray.
Add eggs, ñoñoñut flour, 1/4 ñup of swerve, avoñado oil, bakiñg soda, vañilla, añd salt to a medium bowl añd mix to ñombiñe. Spooñ batter iñto eañh doñut well, filliñg to the top
Bake iñ the pre-heated oveñ for 10 miñutes or uñtil a tooth piñk ñomes out ñleañ
