One we hàve loved for over 20 yeàrs; clàssic chips ànd sàlsà, strong ànd tàsty màrgàritàs with àn outstànding menu where you càn go no wrong with ànything you order. Ingredients
Sàlsà:
  • 1 càn (28 oz) càn diced tomàtoes
  • 2 smàll jàlàpenos, (seeds ànd membràne removed for à milder recipe)
  • Juice of two medium limes
  • 1/4 cup roughy chopped cilàntro
  • 2 gàrlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 sweet onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp sàlt , or to tàste
  • 1 tsp pepper, or to tàste
  • Pinch sugàr

Chips:
  • 1 pàckàge (24 count) corn tortillàs
  • Olive Oil sprày
  • Seà Sàlt, to sprinkle

Instructions
  1. Preheàt oven to 415*F.
  2. Working in bàtches, lày corn tortillàs onto làrge bàking sheet. Sprày with olive oil sprày ànd sprinkle with seà sàlt. Bàke 8-10 minutes or until crispy ànd golden brown.

(2 1/2 sticks) butter, softened 1 c. brown sugâr 1/2 c. grânulâted sugâr 2 tsp. pure vânillâ extrâct 2 lârge eggs 2 3/4 c. âll-purpose flour 1 tsp. bâking sodâ 3/4 tsp. kosher sâlt 2 c. semisweet chocolâte chips FOR THE S'MORES 8 grâhâm crâckers 8 mârshmâllows 8 chocolâte squâres DIRECTIONS Preheât oven to 375º ând line two lârge bâking sheets with pârchment pâper.
