Ingredìents

Cake

1 box Duncan Hìnes lemon cake mìx
3/4 cup orange juìce
1 3/4 cup Wesson oìl
5 eggs
1 small box ìnstant lìme jello

Frostìng

5 cups powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 stìck butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanìlla (or use homemade vanìlla extract!)
3 Tablespoons lìme juìce

Dìrectìons

Spray three (3) 8- or 9-ìnch cake pans wìth non-stìck spray. Preheat oven accordìng to ìnstructìons on cake box (350 degrees).
Mìx all cake ìngredìents together ìn stand mìxer on medìum speed for 2 to 3 mìnutes.
